I was wondering how other sellers were dealing with the incorrect authenticity or rejections of high-ticket items that are sold and then don’t pass inspection? I have a couple of items that have been appraised by a gemologist and they STILL did not pass inspection. If the inspectors would provide information as to their findings, that would be more than helpful; however, no explanation period.
