Authenticity Guarentee Not showing for trading card

Ive been advised by ebay a few times to recreate this listing as the automatic tag for authenticity guarentee isnt showing as it should. Ive had people contact me in past about it and i have no clue why

I see quite a few Upper Deck Blizzard legacy singles that should qualify, yet many don't carry the badge, while a minority of them do.  In directly comparing two of the same card, I didn't see any significant difference between cards with badges and those without.  I think there must be some issue with how eBay is filtering the listings.
