Authenticity Guarantee

I sold an item that is supposed to be shipped to an authenticator but when I use the eBay shipping it mails it directly to the buyer. Why is this happening? Please help. Thanks

Is the buyer’s address a PO Box? That is the usual reason for an item not going to the authenticator, since they can not ship to a PO Box.
