Does anyone know how the authenticator process works? I purchased a pair of sneakers in early October. They still have not arrived as of 17NOV. I have a tracking number that states enroute to the authenticator. I am unable to message the seller because of the authenticator process. I know that there were authenticator problems earlier this year and it appears that there are still major arrival/delivery problems now. Please provide any help or advice or any recommendations.

If the estimated delivery date was Oct. 21st, you only have 30 days from that date to file an Item Not Received case.
I'd file the case now, before it's to late.

Last I heard, they were still running behind, but don't how far.

The original purchase date was 06OCT with the estimated delivery date of 21OCT.
