Looking for advice/thoughts. I bought a pair of Nike shoes and have the receipt/proof. eBay returned the item that I sold stating they could not authenticate. There was no explanation. Is there any recourse? I did chat with a rep but he couldn’t offer much insight just stated he requested a follow-up. Should I just drop it or is there a way for me to submit the shoes again outside of the sales process with my proof. TIA
