The package was sent to Ebay Authentication service by the seller.
The Authentication service authenticated the item and then sent it to the wrong address via FedEx.
I called FedEx and they said that they cannot place a delivery hold on the item unless Ebay tells them to.
The new tenants will keep the package once it arrives.
I've tried chatting with an Ebay representative who cannot help. He just dissapeared during the chat.
I need to reach the Authentication department to ask them to call Fedex and hold the shipment.
Please help.
The items will be stolen.

I doubt that customer service can help - a purchase must be shipped to the address that you provided at checkout - but you can ask -
