I sold an authentic Burberry Trench coat. eBay first sends it to an authentication process. I packed it beautifully with a hangar, and included an authentic Burberry handkerchief. When my buyer finally received the coat, there was no hangar nor the kerchief. The handkerchief was included and I wrapped it separately. But in the authentication process it was removed.
This left a bad impression for eBay’s authentication process and want to warn any sellers, that if they include an extra thank you item it just may not show up when received by your buyer
