I had a Hermes wallet I purchased and I thought to resale it here on EBay. I thought EBay would authenticate the wallet for my safety and the buyers safety. Which I thought would avoid my buyer having issues or any funny business of my item getting switched with a knock off. My buyer is saying they think my item is not real. Does eBay authenticate items or not? If not, I don’t have problem refunding this person their money and getting it authenticated (if it’s the exact one I sold). I’m relatively new to this platform and this is the first time I’ve sold a designer purse. I tried getting help through the chat but absolutely no help. I might be having a hard time understanding…so if I am…I am sorry. I just need some help to help this buyer and myself get things right.
