Authenticate

I  was selling my bags collection on eBay, I knew my bags are authentic but when the bags was sent to authenticate, it said not authentic, it’s impossible!!! I never buy fake bags, I paid so much for my bags… has anyone experienced the same thing like I do ? I’m feeling so horrible about this !!
