Auction end date/time appears to be in PDT not EDT when viewed on the MyEbay Bids/Offers page

On the auction page, it calculates the correct local time, but on the Bids/Offers page it shows the incorrect local time.

Hi @andrew8764773

eBay time = Pacific Time ... which is the time shown on most of the eBay site.  As you can see, the 'Time left' that is shown in an auction is the same wherever you are located.

If you are NOT located in the Pacific Time Zone ... you might consider setting a clock in your home to PDT so that you show the same time as eBay.

But it is not always Pacific time. To me, this indicates a bug since they are clearly using the user's local time when calculating the time left in the bid on the listing page and make no indication that PDT is used elsewhere. Seems like a simple fix too. Either show the time zone or UTC offset for all times if for whatever reason need to use PDT in seemingly arbitrary spots, or use the user's timezone for all times displayed. Is there a way to submit a bug ticket as a user?
