Hi,
I ordered an item by mistake (thinking it was something else). It was listed properly and it was my fault I ordered it. I had put in for a refund saying I ordered it by mistake and the seller responded they “wouldn’t pay for it because it was my fault”, and they are correct that it was “my fault”.
They have refunds within a time frame, which I’m well within. Are they allowed to deny it based on the reason?
I understand it’s my mistake I ordered it, but are they allowed to deny it based on the reason, within the timeframe?

If they accept returns, you can return for any reason.
Go to your purchase history and click return item, then select ordered by mistake and continue.
