Hi I have got this email and tried to open case in resolution center but I cant. Can you help me about refundation because the item is deleted

@josip2503  You will need to file a claim on paypal for item not received, you may need to wait at least 3 days from date of purchase to file the claim.

In the reason mention that you made a purchase from a compromised account. If the claim is denied then appeal the case to paypal and provide the email that ebay sent you.

Follow all of the steps. Do not let it time out. Ask Paypal to step in and help after 7 days if the seller has not refunded you.
