Approving refund on Android says I have logged out

Hi

I have two open refunds to approve / issue as a seller. But on eBay for Android 6.91.0.1 every time I go to approve the refund, when I get to final step and press the button it then says I haved signed out of the eBay app and the refund has _not_ been approved. I have restarted my phone and even tried using eBay as the desktop version in the Android Chrome browser.  Is this something I will have to do from a desktop or laptop?

Time is extremely important here.  Ebay only gives you about 3 days to get this refund sent off to the buyer before they give the buyer the option to have Ebay step in and force you to refund.  And you would get a defect for both those claims along with no refund of fees.

Have tried to use a different device.  If not why?  I have no answers as to why you can't do it from your phone, but I can just share with you the urgency of getting this handled before you damage the health of your selling account.

You could contact Ebay and report this problem and really you should, but I would recommend using another device to get the refunds processed first so you don't run out of time.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
