Appealing Unpaid cancellation

Ebay says I have not paid an invoice/s but will not tell me what invoices were not paid, I've a suspicion an issue arose when a seller from whom I've purchased a lot of items and continue to buy from was seriously ill and cancelled all his auctions and invoices, after he recovered he sent out new combined invoices which I subsequently paid. I'm guessing this is the problem but ebay will not tell me which seller has the issue.

Go to your Purchase history and see which items have not been paid for.

Thankyou very much for the reply, unfortunately there are only 9 unpaid items for which I'm waiting for a combined invoice and these items were only won after the issue of non payment arose. By mutual consent I only pay a combined invoice once every 2 weeks as this saves the seller of these items a lot of work and saves me shipping costs. If this arrangement I have with the seller is the issue, then I will have to stop purchases from sellers in the US who have this non payment condition on their sales. But until I know what is definitely the problem I'm only guessing.

If s/he cancelled the transactions then you did not get a strike unless s/he cancelled for non-payment.  None of the other options for cancellation result in a strike that leads to your being blocked for x such cancellations in the past y months.

 

Check the "Returns and Cancelled" tab of the Purchase History to see if you can find items cancelled for non-payment.   If the seller told you you could take longer than the date it was cancelled that is grounds for appealing the cancellation record:    https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/appealing-unpaid-cancellation-record?id=43...
