I was recently hospitalized while managing chronic disease. EBay determined I cannot buy from some sellers. How can I reverse this?

It is up to each seller to decide.  You can try contacting the seller and ask if he would consider exempting you fro his requirement.

You must have 2 strikes on your account for non-payment.  They will stay on your account for one year.
