Anyone ever get any customer service from eBay?

My printer would not print the postage purchased from EBay. So I purchased other postage from the PO and sent the purchase so it would arrive timely. Now the funds are on hold and have been for a week. Can’t get anyone to talk to me , just their automated system. And that’s no help. Suggestions?

When you purchase the shipping label directly from the carrier you need to manually upload the tracking to the order. Go to your orders page and in the drop down menu for the item is the option to add tracking. This will give you proof of delivery so your fund can be released as scheduled.

If you were unable to print the label you purchased on eBay did you void it to get a refund?  if not here is how to do that.

Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.
