The last couple of months, my orders are not showing tracking (delivered) a few items arrived some still have not arrived. Has anyone else had this trouble? How do you contact eBay on these matters? This is fraud and needs to be investigated.

@row34442. What type of tracking is not updating? If you purchased items shipped with the eBay standard envelope that's not true tracking as it can only be read by the sorting equipment. The tracking number will start with ESUS
You are covered for not received items.
Sorry your purchases didn't go smoothly.
If your package is late arriving this is what you do to receive a refund:
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.

Thank you, as of late this is an ongoing problem, I have never experienced any delays or lost items. The last three months almost every item I purchased has been extremely late or lost and never delivered. Even now I have 4 tracking items that is (locked) in mid deliver and hasn't moved for weeks. 3 of these items I have received, 1 seems to be lost, seller is aware and has refunded me, but these things are quickly causing me to quit eBay.

@row34442. These shipping delays are frustrating for sellers too as they are losing money. Postal Insurance doesn't always payout.
What shipping method is the seller using? Usps has major issues in Georgia and Texas at two sorting centers.
Also as I don't know if it was ESUS tracking numbers.... those would be for select light weight items $20 or less. That tracking doesn't have normal scans.
Unfortunately there's nothing eBay can do to fix the postal system. You can avoid buying from sellers using eBay standard envelope with the ESUS tracking. That shipping method has a lot of issues.
