Does anybody else have a problem with sellers sending our the wrong items, or lying about sizes, then we as buyers are forced to jump through hoops at our expense to return them? Not to mention some of us are on disability and have a hard time getting out and about.

Sellers that are routinely sending out the wrong item or that misrepresent sizes generally wind up getting feedback that reflects that at some point, in addition to having to refund buyers and pay for return shipping, which can get quite expensive, quite fast.
The longer a seller has been selling similar items and getting positive feedback for those sales and building a reputation worth protecting, the less likely the seller is to be carelessly misrepresenting items or shipping the wrong item.
By choosing your sellers with care, it is often possible to avoid many such issues.
