Angry buyer

So I have a designer backpack I was selling. An interested buyer wanted the item but didn’t want to pay my price. I gave them an offer and since it was higher then they want to pay, they made a false report saying my item is fake. How do I fight this allegation?

Are you saying that they purchased the item ... and now want to return it because they say it's fake?  Then accept the return and provide a prepaid shipping label.  [There's no way to fight it and win.  You'll only lose both the item and the money if you wait until the buyer brings eBay into the case ... as well as receive a defect and forfeit your fees.]

Are you saying that they reported your listing for being fake?  Ignore it ... and put their Username on your Blocked Buyers List.

EDITTED TO ADD:  It shows that YOU ended the listing early for the backpack.  How come?
