Any one out there have an issue with items sold on Ebay that are fulfilled by Amazon or Walmart? Ever try to return one of these items?

@rgl2001us Sellers are not supposed to dropship from other retail sites. HOWEVER if they do then you file the refund request on eBay. The seller is responsible for the package arriving on time and in the condition stated in the listing even if they got the item from a third party.
If the item is not as described ( damaged, defective etc) then you file a return request within 30 days of the date of delivery.
If the item is not received then you can file a refund request when it's one day past the last estimated delivery date stated on your purchase history.

Let me know if you need more instructions on how to file the request.

Thanks for the reply and tutorial, but I am, unfortunately, well versed in the Ebay rules of behavior. I do get a lot of items from drop-shipping sellers, and I always leave feed back with "Fulfilled by..." whatever retailer the item came from. I was just hoping that Ebay could step in and stop some of these sellers who are abusing the system.
