I am selling a watch that is popular but not unique. Because there are many that are simply for sale on ebay, I put mine up for auction hoping to spark some interest. I did not include an "accept offers" button because something wasn't working, and I couldn't get it to turn on.
Anyway, someone has offered me more than I would have expected to get at the end of the auction. When I replied politely saying that I need to let the auction play out and they could certainly enter their offer there, the buyer told me to relist it.
I'm not an experienced seller. Is this a red flag? Should I report the buyer?
Thanks!

Your watch has 9 bids with 4 days left. If you were to cancel all the bids and end the auction, you would be charged a penalty. DON'T DO IT. Let the auction run to its conclusion. If that buyer really wants it, s/he should join in the bidding.
