Am I being scammed?

I purchased a vr headset last night for my son’s Christmas present. I received the order information email with the click here for order details icon. Once I click on order details it tells me order not found. When I go to my eBay and to purchase history it shows all of my previous orders except this one. I reached out to seller but haven’t heard back yet and  I tried to go to customer support to ask this question and can’t get to any actual eBay representatives so I am still very nervous and unsettled by this sale and whether or not I just got scammed.

Are you sure you were signed into your account when you made the purchase?  Is it possible you bought it as a guest?
