Hi I have issues with my purchasing I put by mistake my wrong address and I was asking the seller if he can fix that and I asked him yesterday because yesterday I purchased

and he respond to me today he said the item is shipped I just want to cancel the order or to fix the address if you can help me

The seller is required to send to the address attached to the payment.  There isn’t a way for the seller to just change the address; that could get them in a lot of trouble.

They would’ve had to cancel (which costs them money, since not all of their seller fees are refundable), and have you repay using the address you wanted it sent to.

Since messages to the seller are in a different place than their selling information, it’s possible they didn’t see your message prior to shipping.  Contact the carrier and see if the item can be forwarded to you.
