Allstate additional coverage on purchase

I accepted an offer for an item in my watchlist for a discounted price by the seller.  When I accepted the offer I had checked the box on the main page for additional Allstate coverage protection when I go to check out the coverage is not there because the "lower offer" does not contain the option.  I have read down into the help guides and it states you can add coverage after check out but I can not find anywhere all the links state this page is not found?  Any ideas?   I can not seem to be able to find any phone number only the chat bots that are worthless
