Address on mailing label does not match address requested to send to

Pre-purchase mailing label does not match where buyer would like me to send item.

Hi @djungschaf  Explain to the buyer that you'll have to cancel and relist. Cancel the order for reason: problem with shipping address. Relist and send the buyer the item number, so they can re-purchase and change their shipping address before they pay.

If you change the shipping address, the purchase won't be eligible for seller protection.
