Address Label Printing

I could use some insight on this "first time" experience. I was trying to print a label for shipping and I got an error stating

As stated, there is a problem with the buyer's address.   Check the official address at the link below, but do not make any change to the Zip Code.  If a further problem you will have to cancel the transaction for an address problem and have buyer repurchase and pay with a correct address.
