eBay determined postage, not me.

Package went to HI, so not $5.95

Actually $15.20. I cannot respond to buyer question or get help from eBay. 😠

@spj-24   It sounds like USPS upgraded it to Priority. 

1.  Did you use a Priority box for your S and P shakers?  

2. Was the package weight under 15.9 oz AND you purchased the shipping label on eBay?   

3. If you buy the shipping label at the post office then 13 oz is the max for 1st class and it's upgraded to Priority if over that weight.   

If none of the above apply then you need to dispute the shipping charges with USPS.

eBay determined the postage based on the weight and dimensions you entered.  You listed with first class shipping. First class to HI does not cost $15.  Are you changing it to priority?  If so, that is your cost. 

I see $5.65 to me in IL.  This would put your package in the 9 - 12 ounce range.  $5.95 would then be correct to zone 9, which would include HI.

You can not ask the buyer for additional shipping $.

ALL of the Hawaiian ZIP Codes I plugged into your listing showed the same shipping for USPS First Class Mail:  $5.95 ... so you shouldn't have been charged any more than $5.95 IF you shipped FCM.
