Additional Final Value and Final Value Fee on Shipping Fees

This is the first time this has happened and I'm a little confused. I had about 10 auctions end the other night. I keep track of the fees for each auction and on 7 of them, eBay charged me additional fees. It looks like an additional 5% on Final Value and Final Value Fee on Shipping. Has something changed? I attached an image of the fees for one of the auctions.
