Is there a way to add a video to the money back guarantee from eBay. I purchased electronics that do not work and photos do not convey the essence of the issues

@dhart15  There unfortunately is not a way to add a video.   You are only required to add  a photo and an explanation of the problem.  

Just select a not as described reason for the return such as defective or doesn't match pictures or description for you return.
