How do I buy multiple items from a dealer that says they will combine shipping costs if there is no add to cart option? It is a buy it now option and I must pay before I can get the next item - paying full shipping each time.

Is the item listed in a different currency, or is it located in a different country?
If so, it was probably listed on a different website, and the Add to Cart button is only available on the website where it was listed.
If the item is located in Canada, it was probably listed on www.ebay.ca (they can choose to list in either US$ or CA$).
Most other websites, only use the local currency. ebay UK is www.ebay.co.uk, the currency is GBP (British pounds sterling).
