Was SquareTrade offered on the purchase?  If so, why didn't you select to purchase at that time?  You can go to their website to see if purchase is possible:  https://www.squaretrade.com

You can't get the eBay discount prices on the Square Trade website.

There should be a link on your purchase confirmation email to buy a SquareTrade plan, or go to this link and enter the Item # to see what plans are available and purchase it separately:
