Add middle name initial to my account

E bay has not helped me so I turn to public help. I can not get paid for my item I sold because my e bay account does not have my middle name initial on my account name. I get messages from e bay that my name must match my bank account name. My e bay account does not have my middle initial. How can I add it to my e bay account? E bay has not helped. I have contacted them for the past month and they have not helped. It sounds simple to add my initial but no one helps. Thanks for your help

You should be able to add your initial to your Personal Info here:

If there is no middle initial field, you add it to the first name field.  That is what I had to do.
