Ad Fees and Buyer Was Suppose to Pay Shipping How Do I Get My Money Back

Anonymous
Not applicable

I had my first sale on Ebay and they withheld two transactions of over $11 in ad fees and withheld over $16 in shipping when Buyer was suppose to pay for shipping on a $40 item, I'm receiving next to nothing for the items I sold in good faith on Ebay. How do I get a credit for the ad fees and how do I get them to reimburse me for shipping cost the Buyer was suppose to pay.

The buyer paid the shipping to you, you then buy the label. The item sold for $30 - the $40 total includes the shipping.

You selected the % to pay for promoting your listing, so there is no refund. If it was too much, select a lower % on your other items - you will find an amount that works well for you when you want to pay the extra promotion fees.
