Actually getting help from EBay when I submit questions

As an eBay rookie, I've submitted some questions about posting items. Crickets. Not any answers, advice or even acknowledgment from eBay. For starters, why so many misspelled words? Even when I correct the spelling in my post it still appears with a misspelled word. Proof reading, maybe?

I have problems deleting an item although a drop-down menu is supposed to offer an "Ending" option. Have yet to find that.

I transfer pix from my other online shops and Ebay censors them because of "blurry or out of focus." Thus, less pix with my listing. They look pretty great in my other sites---maybe EBay can allow them to be added to my post?

We're not eBay, we're members like you and would like to help if we can, but where have you been submitting questions?  I don't see any other posts on these boards and not sure who you have been waiting on for answers.

To end a listing, click the Actions dropdown next to the Item in yourActive listings. Make sure you understand the rules if you end a listing that has bids, as you may be subject to fees.
