Can someone tell me why eBay charged me accrued selling cost on items I’ve had listed for two years? I’ve listed on eBay for years just selling things out of my home. I’ve always been within the “free” listings. About a month ago I started to list more and more items but it still says the listings are free so I’m confused on what the charges are for when the items haven’t sold.

How many of your currently listed items have renewed this month already? Buy it now listings renew every month and count against your 250 each time they renew. You have 386 active listings, if you created new listings before the total of new and renewed listings reached the 250 insertion free limit they will be free. You will have to pay the .35 for all additional new and renewing listings that month. More details on insertion free listings:
You may want to look into getting a store subscription, it may save you on listing fees if you will be regularly listing well over the 250 per month.
