Account suspention

The seller contacted me by telephone and stated that I had not completed my purchase to which I apologized, which he accepted, offered to  send him the money stating the reason for not paying was dew to working and not having time to login to email. I stated that the waggon had been re-submitted for sale on ebay, if I wanted to start bidding on it, he also offered to send me a list of similar corgi models in the series and would allow me to purchase them directly from him. He did not mention - that he had asked for my account to be suspended.

It was a genuine reason for not purchasing the corgi model how do I get my account reinstated.

@ti-co72  Sellers can NOT have your account suspended.  You can get strikes on your account for non payment.   Sellers  can cancel as not paid as soon as 96 hours after the sale.  This gives you a non payment strike and the seller gets their fees back for the sale.  They are then free to relist and sell to someone else.  

2 or more strikes in 12 months limits you to immediate payment sales only and no auctions or best offers for one year.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page.   Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right.  After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
