I am trying to relist an item for a couple months and keep getting “A hold has been placed on your eBay account. Our records indicate that your credit card has twice declined for payment, and/or your account is at least 60 days past due.”.
I spoke with someone and they supposedly fixed it because I’d overpaid the listing fees, sent me a refund but still have this problem and now can’t get in touch with anyone. Help!
