Hello everyone sorry to bother you all today. I have a question about my account restriction. Is bank statement considered proof of address? Submitted more than 4 times already still couldn't get through. My ID is accepted but my proof of address denied. I didn't have any utility bill on my name for the time being. Do ebay need utility bill under my name? Please help me and thanks in advance. Cheers
