Account restricted

My Account restricted from selling before posting first listing on it!

 and it writes :- Your account has been restricted due to an 'indefinite' reason. But you can still buy.' 

There is no email from eBay yet.

No response from live chat agents , they just drop away the chat explaining no reason and no way forward!,

I am frustrated of losing my account as I were an old member. 

What to do now?

It has been over a year since you received feedback as a seller.  Have you been restricted from selling all that time?  I know when ebay uses the word "indefinite" that means forever.

It has been 6 months since last sales, later i got covid and didnt use this account anymore. 

As soon as i signed in and tried posting my first listing, i got banned.

So when you became sick, you took down all of your listings so no one could make purchases?  If you did not do that, and people made purchases, but you never shipped, that could be why you have been suspended.
