i have been selling on eBay for 20 years….I was asked to confirm my identity and I have uploaded documents several times, but my funds are being held and my account is still restricted. I even uploaded my birth certificate! Items are still being sold and I’m shipping them - I can’t reply to any messages from buyers and this is hurting my business! This is my only source of income and I have 3 children. I’ve chatted with customer service 7 or 8 times and also done the call back and nothing has helped! I have also already used the ebay for business facebook messages and ask ebay on twitter. Where is a real person who can say "we need to specifically verify XYZ, you need to change/add/delete XYZ”?? I’ve been loyal and follow the rules and don’t know what else to do!?! Help!
