Account registered on eBay.com when I was trying to register through eBay.com.au

I use the eBay.com.au site and tried to register a new account through that site. I know I was on that site as I don't ever use the eBay.com site but the account has been registered to the US site. I can't remove it. I can't log in half the time and I can't get rid of it. Please tell me what I can do. I've tried the Contact us option which was totally useless.

I wish I could. I keep trying to get to the account settings but every time I do I get a message saying they think I'm a bot. I am not a bot. I verified the account to say I'm not a bot but still it persists. It also keeps asking me to enter my street address. I do and I click on the country button to say Australia but it keeps taking me back to the sign in for US. I am stuck in limbo. It is driving me mad.
