Account on hold till I send in all my tracking numbers

I got a notice that my payouts are on hold until I update my back info.

It wouldn’t let me update.

I spoke to an agent that said it won’t let me update until I “send in all my tracking numbers.”

I only use EBay shipping labels. Purchase and print them right from the buyer notification. 

Now I’m told I’m supposed to send them all in from the last 30 days. 

What exactly is needed? (Just the tracking numbers? Or buyer info as well?)

and Where do I send/upload them?

eBay usually says why they restricted you in a message and if there is anything you can do to recover your account. Follow all instructions even if they are redundant such as providing tracking for labels purchased on eBay.   eBay may also want proof that you owned the items you are selling.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page.   Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right.  After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
