I recieved a message from eBay stating my account is under review and for me to submit all tracking information for all orders. All my items being shipped through eBay with tracking uploaded automatically. I responded to the email stating the tracking information automatically uploaded for each order and I didn't think much of it. Today I got email stating my account is indefinitely closed .
I shipped and utilized the new ebay shipping envelope and all my orders have been recieved and scanned by USPS. for the month of November I had 10 cases item not received and i automatically refund the buyer as not to wait any longer.
Ebay is technically suspended my account for a services they offered. My only consultation to this is that whoever read my email didn't even bother on checking on anything and decided to close my account for no reason.
Also today when I spoke to someone on the phone from China she stated that we asked for invoices and documentation of the item I sell which no where on the original email stating or asking for anything except tracking information.
What and how can I reinstate my account
