Hello eBay community,
As a self-employed large event photographer I completely lost all income due to the recent pandemic. Needing to create income I started to sell on eBay. After listing over 1600 items I started to list my inventory on 3 other platforms. it took me a few months to get a (sold item) system done. in the meantime I had to cancel 4-5 orders out of a couple hundred orders that were filled. Now eBay has put a hold on my account for being below standard for cancellations.
Does anyone know how to expedite the hold time as I am not being allowed to upload any new listings?

I was a below standard seller years ago. The only way to get out from under that is to sell more so the percentage of your defects is less. At the time I was restricted to listing 10 items per month. I found items I could list for $5 with free shipping. Fortunately, I sold 7 of them the first week, and then had to wait until the new month came around before I could list any more items. It took several months, but I was finally able to become an above standard seller.
Since you can't list any new items, are you able to run a SALE on your listed items?
