Hello
My account got suspended permenantly and then got reinstated after i di an appeal with the customer service rep and now i got an email after 2 days that my account is under review and i have no option to speak to an agent to see if i need to submit any information or do something to stop it from becoming suspended again. I did not even know what mistake i did to have it suspended in the first place.
