So, I received this little nugget:

In order to complete our verification process, we are asking you to provide a bank statement. Your bank statement will be used to validate the identity information you provided previously. Until you provide us with this documentation, your payouts are on hold. Please ensure the Account details on the bank statement match with eBay account.
I sent everything that was requested. Even the support person on the phone said it seemed ok. The issue it seems is "online" banks. I chose Lili for a variety of reasons and have been using it (after passing the Managed Payments nonsense) for months. Now it is a problem? Nobody can point to any change in policy, or a list of "approved" banks. Of course my payouts are frozen until this is resolved. Over 20 year member btw. Anyone else having similar issues? I am close to shutting this whole thing down. So tired of the endless trouble trying to maintain a seller account.
