I have been warned and now suspended for salea of CPAP Replacement Supplies. i.e, Full complete Masks, Hoses, and other supplies that need to be replace regularly.

These items are listed all the times but the policy is not consistantly applied. I even use verbage from successful sellers but I get the warnings. They are under sold items by the dozens. The items are even in the "Catalog". CVS Stores are starting to sell them no Perscription required.

We provide a service we sell them for as much as 50% to 75% off Medical supply stores. For people who need these items and dont have medical insurance or supplies are not covered we provide a service. EBAY SELECTIVE ENFORCES THE POLICY TO KEEP THE POLITICIANS AND BURACRATES HAPPY.

I have no idea how eBay decides which items are allowable and which are not.

But if eBay removes a listing, do not list it again. Do not list other items like it. Even if you think you know why one item was removed and the new listing fixes the issue, you may be mistaken.

The fact that your account has received a suspension indicates this is not the first time this has happened. The next suspension could be permanent.

Sell your CPAP items elsewhere. Do not risk your account.

I spoke to customer service they say they pick a listing one at a time. I said why don't they take the poduct they just found was against policy, do a search and find all tthe listings that were the same as mine and apply the policy across the board. Do the same search on sold,closed items aand find the sellers that way. Now following me does not solve the big issue. There are big sellers violating the policy why pick on only me?

You moderators are imbedded with ebay and are drinking the cool aid. Not picking on you, but you eburtonlab, answered first. You have a business to run what is the benefit to you? Spending time helpping others. Ebay getting free labor?

I am frustrated because I can't speak to some one in ebay management, and say rules are for all not a couple of sellers a year.
