Trying to post an item for sale and am being told my account is restricted because either 1) I have too many items for sale, or 2) I violated some policy. I have no items for sale and - as far as I know - have not violated any policies. I have not sole anything on ebay for years, but have bought several things with no problem. I see nowhere to contact a human being for an explanation.
