Account Restricted

Losing the will to live here.  

We set up a brand new business account; we are a legitimate UK VAT-registered business. We listed a few items. The account was then restricted. 

 

I received an email asking me to get in touch, follow the link, and get a chatbot. The chatbot only gives me options to get a callback if I am in the US or Canada, but I'm in the UK.   But told to get in touch to get the account unrestricted.

 

Just going in an infinite loop here, can anyone suggest how I get this sorted?

You are asking this question on the eBay USA site so we cannot help you with this.  You will need to log out and then log back in on the eBay UK site (ebay.co.uk).

 

You can contact customer service by using this link:  https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/contact_us?id=4128&st=10   Their hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 10:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 9:00pm.  From the left side of the page select "Chat with our automated assistant" Then in the Chat Window - select "See More" Then select "Contact an Agent" which will give you access to a "Live Chat" but if you would prefer a call-back, then select the “Have Us Call You” option & turn off any call filter on your phone, temporarily, as it might block the incoming call.
