Account Restricted and no Email from Ebay.

Hello,

I created an Ebay account about a month ago to sell all of my old camera gear.  I have about $4000 available funds but my payouts are on hold because my account is restricted. I read somewhere that Ebay usually sends you an email explaining why the account was restricted and what you need to do to get it reinstated but I haven't got any Ebay messages or Emails from Ebay. It's been about 20 days since my last sale.  Is this normal? Am I supposed to reachout to ebay somehow? Or should I just keep waiting?
